We combine Germany-managed delivery, client communication, and quality oversight with engineering execution from Cameroon. Clemios supports local employment, payroll, compliance, onboarding, and Employer of Record (EoR) coordination, while engineers integrate into the client's project workflows.

Our engineering scope covers eMobility software, embedded software development, QA and test engineering, and EV charging systems. For charging-related projects, Clemios supports OCPP 2.0.1 integration, embedded charging firmware, backend connectivity, real-hardware validation, and conformance-preparation workflows. 

The model is designed for long-term engineering continuity, documented delivery, CET/CEST timezone collaboration, and client-owned IP. Clemios builds structured engineering capacity for production-focused software programmes rather than short-term staffing.
